1. What's the smallest order I can place?

For us no order is too small or too big!  Whether you need 12 T-shirts for your team or 45 000 Eco bags to give away at a trade show, we can do it! We will accommodate your needs within the minimum purchase limits our suppliers impose and often, minimum order levels are fairly low. Just remember that in the wholesale promotion business the more you buy the cheaper it is. So, small orders tend to be more expensive.

2. Can we mix and match sizing and colours?

Yes. As long as your logo does not change, you can choose any combination of sizes and colours of the same item.

3. Can you supply us with catalogues?

Of course, just give us your address. Please take a look at our online catalogues and get an idea of what you are looking for. Since we represent over 30 suppliers, we want to mail you the catalogues that best suit your needs.

4. When you quote prices, do you include all the hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges. All imprinting and shipping charges are included and quoted up front.

5. How fast can you have our products ready?

It generally takes 10 business days, but if you need them in a rush let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

6. How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

Small Vancouver orders are delivered the next business day, Free of Charge! For out of town shipping, call us and we will give you an estimate.

7. What if we don't see what we want in your catalogue?

Just let us know what you are looking for and we will find it for you. Due to our huge product options and our web size restraints we can only show on line a sample of what we carry.

8. Do you customize Team uniforms?

Yes, we can even have your jerseys custom made! If you have a particular style in mind let us know?

9. Can you imprint ANYTHING?

Yes. We can design your logo and can embroider, print or engrave your name, logo or slogan on any product, be it cloth, leather, unwoven plastic, wood or stainless steel. There are no limits to the imagination! We promote your products and services, the way you want. So flexibility is the key for our sales team.

10. What are your operating hours?

Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30 PM PST. Our website can provide a lot of information all the time. E-mail us for the quickest response.

11. What if we wanted to cancel or change our order?

Once imprinted, cancellations and changes cannot be made. However, if your order is at a stage it can be adjusted, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

12. Can we return our order?

Only if the product is defective or there is an imprinting mistake - a very rare incident! Since everything we produce is custom imprinted, there are no returns or exchanges. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

13. What if we ordered caps and wanted to get a few more, afterwards?

Yes, but remember, once your order is complete, ordering a few extra shirts is the same as placing a new order, and the fewer items you buy at a time, the more it costs. So it is always best to order a few more than you think you need.

14. Can we call any references?

Definitely! Call us and we will provide you with some current references so you can inquire about our customer service and product quality.

15. What is the process to get stuff printed / embroidered?

  1. You select the products - Call us and we will bring you catalogues and samples. If you don't see the item you're looking for, we will find it for you.
  2. You send us your artwork - Preferably your artwork is in vector format, (.gif, .ia) but if it isn't, don't worry. Good artwork, bad artwork, no artwork - we will work with you to get the exact image you are looking for.
  3. We send you a proof - Your artwork will be digitized (for embroidery) or films will be created (for printing). A 'proof' or 'sew-out' will be produced. Once you approve it, your items are ready for print.
  4. We print / embroider your items - We only use top professionals in their respective fields. Each item is quality checked. This ensures the embroidery is vivid and precise, and that the first item printed will look as good as the last one. And remember, your items will be ready in 10 business days.
  5. We deliver the items - We pack your items carefully for transport and then choose the most efficient and affordable transport possible - UPS or FedEx Freight, Greyhound or International Parcel Service. If the order is small and in Vancouver, delivery is free.
